Teams of three started their tuk tuks on February 22 and went on a gruelling trip through the bustling city streets and challenging off road terrain of Western Sri Lanka as they took part in Red Bull Tuk It, a challenging 48-hour rally.
The intrepid participants had to get from Kaluaggala to the historic and scenic city of Dambulla, progressing through mountains, jungles and culturally important heritage sites.
