Sri Lanka’s COVID-19 cases rose to 2,824 today after one more person tested positive for the coronavirus, while over 2,500 of them have recovered, the Health Ministry said.
According to the Health Promotion Bureau report, as of 5 pm Monday, 296 patients are receiving treatment at hospitals. Another 50 Individuals are currently under investigations in hospitals.
A total of 163,630 PCR tests have been conducted to detect Covid-19 infected persons from February 18 to August 02, according to the Health Promotion Bureau report.
