Hrithik Roshan denies being in talks with Aanand L Rai for his next

Speculations were rife in Bollywood that superstar Hrithik Roshan had been approached to play one of the leads in the next directorial venture of well-known filmmaker Aanand L Rai along with Dhanush and newcomer Sara Ali Khan. However, Junior Roshan has refuted the speculation.

Talking to an Indian daily, Hrithik Roshan said that he has not been approached by Aanand L Rai as yet. “That’s not true at all. I have not been contacted by Aanand L Rai yet unless they are on their way to me, I don’t know,” said the superstar.

Roshan went on to add that Rai is an incredible filmmaker and if he has something for him, he would definitely like to consider it. “Well, I think Aanand L. Rai is an amazing person and very incredible filmmaker. If he has something for me, then I would definitely like to consider it,” said Hrithik.

Earlier, reports suggested that Aanand L Rai was currently working on the script of the film. “It’s a love story revolving around the three lead characters. While Dhanush has already come on board, Hrithik and Sara are expected to sign on soon. The team is currently working on the formalities and logistics,” a source had told a popular tabloid.

Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan is presently basking in the humongous success of his latest film Super 30 (2019). Released on 12th July, the film is still performing well in cinemas across the country. After entering the ₹ 100 crore club within ten days, the Vikas Bahl directorial is now inching closer to the ₹ 150 crore mark.

Super 30 is based on the life of renowned mathematician Anand Kumar who coaches 30 students from the economically backward section of the society for IIT-JEE, the entrance examination for the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
